If, as we expect, you win then we get paid by your opponent. This is in addition to your damages and so you do not pay us anything and you keep all of your compensation.
In the rare cases which we do not win then we do not get paid.
If it is likely to be necessary to issue Court proceedings then we will advise you to take out an insurance policy against the risk of having to pay your opponents costs if you lose the Court case. This will usually have a deferred premium and be at no cost to you. We will discuss this with you in more detail if and when this becomes relevant in your case.
