These are exciting times at Townsend Solicitors
Having now established our base in clinical negligence and personal injury we are now able to proceed with our expansion plans.
The first step is the establishment of an employment law department. We have secured a source of work which will enable us to grow to the extent that it is envisaged that we will be employing at least three solicitors within the next 12 months. We will be working on behalf of both employees and employers.
As part of the service offered to our employer clients we will be undertaking commercial litigation.
We are also opening a consumer protection department. Initially this will be targeted at PPI and Bank charges cases but will also expand into general consumer protection law.
We have also secured a source of professional negligence cases and in particular cases where solicitors have under settled personal injury cases.
